About

Marion Wilson is the CEO and founder of Rapademics LLC. Marion created Rapademics so that youth could learn about life skills from a relatable source. He has lectured at the University Of Pennsylvania Graduate School Of Social Work & Temple University’s Undergraduate School of Sociology. Currently, he is contracted by several juvenile facilities throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Marion graduated from Cheyney University and started working at Harvard Business School, which was the start of a diverse career path. He joined Loews Hotels a year later where he became a National Sales Manager. After 5 years he decided to leave Corporate America and transitioned into the music business where he toured with musicians such as Snoop Dogg and The Plain White T’s. When he returned to Philadelphia, he started working with youth as a Program Manager at North East Treatment Centers where Rapademics was born!

Rapademics is a collection of sociology courses discussing life skills from a civic perspective. Marion has presented his classes to more than 1000 young people. He has dedicated his life to social change and empowering the youth throughout the state of Pennsylvania. His motto is “dreams and goals are the GPS to success.”
